We prefer vector art (line drawings) rather than bitmap images where possible.
Vector based artwork gives us a much clearer finish as all edges are made up of lines not a series of dots.
We can also colour match, simply & more accurately for the best end results, for our specialised Metal Printing process and equipment
If you are not able to supply images / Logo's etc as requested above, we will endevour to create the best finish possible with what you can supply us, or we can reproduce the artwork that you supply us, in house, to create the Artwork Graphics that we need to produce crisp, clear & an Accurate finish everytime.
GRAHICS WORK
We have a Graphics team inhouse that can create your images for you if you do not have anything on file or cannot locate what we need
Or alternatively, if you have paid a printing business to set up this image on a prior occasion (a business that prints your business cards, for example) you can ask them to email it to us directly.
This will reduce the time that we will need to spend to set up any new artwork, for any new production work that we might be producing and inturn keep our setup costs to you, to a minimum.
IMAGES THAT WE ALREADY HAVE SAVED ON FILE:
These designs do not have any set up costs, because there is no extra time required to prepare them before we can re-produce them by either Engraving or Printing them with our specialised equipment and computerised machinery
LOGO'S & YOUR OWN SPECIAL DESIGNS: Not already on our computers:
These images require additional time to prepare them to a state where we can re-produce them with our specialised Computerised equipment and machinery.
The amount of time required can vary from 15 or 20 minutes to 1 or 2 hours and therefore we will need to view your design and the quality that you can supply it to us to be able to give you an exact price of any set up work that might be required for your individual design requirements.
Therefore, to quote the setup cost that might be reuired for this one off special design, we would require you to email your design to us - or upload it to us via our website.
UPLOADING AN IMAGE PROCEDURE: (You can perform this here on our website)
Open any individual product item on our site, by clicking on the "Products" tab at the top of the home page on this site.
It can be a product that you are enquiring about and requiring engraving or printing, or any product is fine. (listed on this website)
Click on that item until it is completely open and displays all of the information about that product, until you see the "White Button" (located under the price of that item)
This button reads "Click here to Customise your own text layout and add an image"
Click on this button (you will be taken to a page to upload your image from your computer to our website)
Next, Click on the "UPLOAD" tab.
Next a page will open on your computer so that you can search and select the image that you want us to see. Select that image and click on the "OPEN" button, (bottom right of this page)
Your image will show up on our website in front of you, then follow the instructions on this page of our website, to send it to us
SET UP COSTS:
For your own images, that are not already on our files and in a format that is suitable for the actual machine that we would be using for this individual item production, this usually ranges fron $25.00 to $45.00.
Please ask prior to giving us a go ahead on any order, for a total set up cost, following emailing any artwork that you require us to work with
However, your design may require more work if it can not be supplied in a top quality condition.
Therefore, please email us your image and ask for a quote to set it up for the engraving or printing and mention what the item is that you would like it on
GENERAL INFORAMTION ABOUT SPECIAL DESIGN RE-PRODUCTION
It is standard practice for us to supply the pricing that is required to set up your design so that we can Engrave or Print your image in the best possible Quality only.
We do not create workmanship with an image that is of poor quality as this will also mean that the quality of the finished work that we are creating, will also be of a poor quality.
The set up time required is therefore very necessary, to ensure that you are going to receive only quality workmanship that we know you will love.
Please Note:
All work that we produce can not be altered once it has been completed. Once it has been engraved or Printed, any errors given, will mean that the total job will need to be reproduced fully. partial fix ups cannot usually be carried out successfully.
